Green Youth Leadership
The Green Youth Leadership Program is an initiative run by Greening Sacred Spaces Ottawa https://greeningsacredspaces.ca/ that is currently supporting BIPOC youth by helping them lead environmental projects, as well as introducing them to the environmental sector and helping them explore ecological ideas through mentorship.
In an attempt to expand the scope of teachings available to these youth, GSS would like to offer participants an experience of the Work that Reconnects facilitated by Heart Land. Heart Land is inviting donations to our scholarship fund to make this possible in January 2023.
Heart Land's scholarship fund is a critical tool for enabling our no-one-turned-away-for-lack-of-funds programming, while paying all facilitators, guest speakers, elders, artists, and tech support a fair, livable wage. We appreciate your contribution in continuing to make our programming accessible.
